Production Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining employee safety
• Managing product yields, flows and upgrades in their area
• Monitoring and maintaining all required paperwork and control limits during production
• Making changes to the production schedule if needed
• Managing equipment set-up and breakdown
• Other duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position.  This is an on-site position.

Qualified candidates for the Production Lead position should possess the following:

• Strong leadership, team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the production process, equipment, product specifications and box sizes/configurations
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to change
• Good attendance with a willingness to be at work and on time when scheduled to work
• Professional Attitude and conduct with the ability to work well with others, Integrity
• Strong work ethic
• Previous management experience is a plus

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
