Export Product Inspector responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct Fabrication Export Product Audits to ensure specifications are met
• Ongoing communication with management regarding audit findings
• Retesting of product as needed
• Participate in Audit rotation
• Packaging audits for appearance, leakers and low vacuum products
• Preparing product showcase for customer visits
• Grade changes for export products and programs
• Other Duties as assigned

This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.

Qualified candidates for the Export Product Inspector position should possess the following:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to read write and speak English
• Basic computer skills
• Basic knowledge of beef cuts preferred
• Working in a cold environment and lifting and pulling heavy weight for long periods
• Able to work Saturdays
• Good attendance
